This property is in the coveted subdivision of Arapahoe Acres – a mid-50’s development. Partnering with Architectural Workshop, a total remodeling plan was designed reducing compartmentalization and creating large airy living spaces. Additional square footage was constructed into two angular segments utilizing side yard space thus preserving the full volume of the backyard. The installation of a geothermal system, photo voltaic panels and the use of all natural materials enabled a nearly net-zero footprint.
