Built in 1900, this 120-year old building, located in the River North Arts District of Denver has a Denver Historic Designation. This historic warehouse is now an office complex surrounded by other historic warehouses and factories blended with trendy industrial revival styled newer buildings. The neighborhood proudly boasts of jazz bars, restaurants, brewpubs, art galleries, working studios, office complexes, and single and multi-family residences.

 

C4 LTD did extensive renovations to add curb appeal and restore safety to the front entrance, windows, sidewalks, railing and an interior elevator vestibule. All ADA and Denver historic designation guidelines were strictly adhered to in all construction.
