AMERICAN INDIAN
COLLEGE
FUND
Denver
Housed within this brick building, is the American Indian College Fund - a non-profit organization for AIAN’s (American Indian and Alaskan Natives). Founded in 1989, it is the nation’s largest charity supporting students access to higher education. The complete core and shell renovation took six months to complete and came in at a cost of just over 1.35 million. Work included addition of an elevator and a completely updated/redesigned building thus
ensuring high quality, professional spaces for the next 40 years of helping students. Our goal was to create an attractive, yet functioning facility for this non-profit to conduct business in.
