These two-story professional buildings, housing a variety of businesses, were in need of elevators in order to comply w/ADA accessibility requirements. The elevators were built to the rear of each building where the parking areas had no steps into the buildings. This allowed the beautiful original front exteriors to remain unchanged. In addition to the elevators, both building’s common areas were updated along with tenant improvements to many of the office suites.
